15 minutes away from Biel, skiers and snowboarders find slopes at 1'300 m altitude in Les Prés d'Orvin.
The ski resort of Les Prés-d'Orvin is located in a natural setting on the first southern foothills of the Jura range. The ski area stretches along the north-facing slopes of Mont-Sujet, between 1,030 m and 1,230 m above sea level. Two ski lifts lead to various blue and red runs, while three baby lifts and a snow bob lift are available for beginners. Around 5 kilometers of marked pistes are offered, including a toboggan run. From Tuesday to Friday, the slopes are illuminated from 7:15 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. in good weather. Ski and snowboard equipment can be rented, and lessons can be booked. For food and refreshments, two slope-side snack bars and the Restaurant Le Grillon are available.

- 4 km (2.5-mile) winter trail from the “Bellevue” bus stop to the Farm Restaurant “Bison Ranch”.
