The Maison de la Tête de Moine is a museum, an old-fashioned cheese dairy, a café and a store selling local products. Here one can discover an 800 year old know-how in the historical birthplace of the famous Tête de Moine AOP cheese. The museum is interactive and allows visitors to learn more about Tête de Moine and its production. There is also a collection of Girolles®, the famous device invented in 1982 by Nicolas Crevoisier to create perfect rosettes of Tête de Moine AOP. For those with a sweet tooth, a tasting is available at the end of the visit.
