Ex Yugo Drag Brunch

On Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 12 to 2 pm, artist Ana Brankovic invites you to the Photoforum Pasquart in Biel for an Ex Yugo Drag Brunch, presented in the context of her exhibition Belonging is a Strange Feeling in collaboration with Jo DyKing and Afrim Fetinci. This collaborative brunch event connects identity and food culture, exploring gender roles as well as food as a carrier of memory and belonging.

Poet Afrim Fetinci will read from Ana Brankovic’s Ex Yugo Recipe Zine, while dishes inspired by memories and the food culture of former Yugoslavia will be served. Jo DyKing (Jovana Pavlović) will playfully challenge rigid gender roles and stereotypes through a drag performance that includes striptease elements. Attendance with children is at the discretion of accompanying adults.
