In this friendly and sociable activity, participants take on the role of a panel of judges in the Swiss competition of local products.
Participants are provided with information to help them complete an evaluation grid used to score the local produce they are judging.
Arranged in tables of four, the judges taste several items of local produce. After each of the four tastings, the judges confer and discuss the produce, comparing their impressions and settling on a score to award to each speciality.
At the end of the activity, the scores recorded by each table of judges are collected.
This experience combines a pleasant food-tasting activity with teamwork and exploring the local culinary heritage in a fun, sociable event.
