Avenches Carnival is shaking the city up from the winter season to the sound of Guggenmusiks and to the rythme of the colourful processions. Three days of animations, dancing balls and concerts are taking over the Romans arenas and the streets of the medieval city.

The Children procession will be held on Saturday afternoon. The main attractions of Sunday celebrations will be the "Apero Concert" of the Guggenmusiks in the Roman Arenas and the Big Humourous Procession in the city streets.
