Equus Helveticus is the new annual event celebrating horses and equestrian sports!
This multi-disciplinary event allows the public to discover a wide range of equestrian disciplines. This unique event aims to be festive, sporting and educational all at once.
A new way of looking at horses through the lens of competition, breeding, leisure and equestrian culture. Equus Helveticus will aim, in particular, to highlight the horse, its relationship with humans and its role in society.
Breeding will also play a significant role, as the traditional Young Horse Cup in show jumping and dressage – a true Swiss championship for young horses – will be organised in conjunction with the Swiss Sport Horse Breeding Federation (FECH) and Cheval Suisse.
A wide range of activities and entertainment will be on offer for visitors and children throughout the event. From carriage ponies and face-painting stands to games, there will be something for all tastes and all ages at the IENA site.
