Visit and tasting at the Maison de la Tête de Moine as part of the Bellelay Musiques 2024 concerts.
The Maison de la Tête de Moine is a museum, a traditional cheese dairy, a café, and a grocery store specializing in local products. Visitors can discover craftsmanship dating back over 800 years in the historical birthplace of the famous Tête de Moine AOP cheese. The museum is interactive and provides insights into the Tête de Moine and its production. It also houses a collection of Girolles®, the famous device invented in 1982 by Nicolas Crevoisier for creating perfect Tête de Moine AOP rosettes. For the most gourmet, a tasting is scheduled at the end of the visit.
