- Hirers must have a liability insurance policy in place. Theft/accident insurance (at the hirer’s expense) is optional.
- The hire conditions, rates, and any supplements (helmet, child seat, saddle bags, etc.) are available at the hire site or upon request, when confirming the order. Proof of identity is required when retrieving the bicycle.
- To be able to hire an e-bike, you have to be at least 16 years old or have a moped licence.
