- Based on the handler’s assessment, the walk may be shortened and partially replaced by a llama discovery/introduction activity, provided this also suits the visitor.
- If the activity can't take place due to adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, black ice, etc.), the service provider reserves the right to suggest another date or time. Should the alternative offered by the service provider not be convenient, the service provider will undertake to reimburse the client for the entire booking amount.
