hose who produce food often don’t have the time to take care of its marketing. Conversely, food processing professionals are always on the lookout for new and interesting sources of regional products. This applies just as much to gastronomy as it does to the food trade.
With the Producers’ Forum, the organisers offer a platform for exchange between producers, processors, restaurateurs and chefs – all with a focus on sustainable food. This is where partnerships are born that truly move things forward – for the farm, the kitchen, and the plate! Who produces? Who processes? Who’s looking for regional products? The Producers’ Forum connects you: from the market gardener to the chef, from the farm to the processing workshop, from the product to the idea. Whether for catering, retail, or new collaborations – come to learn, exchange, get inspired, and create lasting connections.
The Producers’ Forum is organised by Soil to Soul, GastroFutura, and the Zurich-based Public History Food office of Dominik Flammer. This renowned culinary explorer and author will also moderate the event. On the programme: exchanging business cards, tasting products, and, above all, creating lasting contacts for the future.
