Covatannaz Gorges, Sainte-Croix / Les Rasses

" I prefer to follow the ascending route from Vuiteboeuf which climbs through the gorges. I instantly feel immersed in a mysterious atmosphere that envelops me right up until the gorge's exit. I often stop by the beautiful waterfalls to listen to the sounds of nature or to photograph the magnificent panorama that unfolds before my eyes as I progress on the path. Before taking the panoramic train back, I always go to a bakery to sample an Amandine, a delicious specialty of the Yverdon-les-Bains region. Ah, you didn't know? Then be sure to come up to Sainte-Croix! "
