Urban Golf Course

The Urban Golf logo always points in the direction of the target.

1. The first tee of the course is located on a narrow path behind the Dock4 restaurant. The white marker with the Urban Golf logo is where the tee shot is taken. The target is the first disc golf basket towards the steel construction.

2. You can reach the second lane via the path towards the roundabout at the intersection of Seevorstadt and Ländtestrasse. The marker is on the concrete slab next to the path. The target is the disc golf basket in the direction of Ländtestrasse. Note that the picture in the plan of the second lane was taken from a different perspective: you are looking from the target towards the tee.

3. Go back a few metres. The third lane is not far from the second, on the field in front of the Seeclub Biel. Aim at the disc golf basket about 30 metres away.

4. The fourth lane is on the Neptunwiese. You reach the Neptunwiese via the small bridge behind the Seeclub Biel building. The finish is the electricity box.

5. To reach the fifth lane, you have to return to the roundabout, cross Ländtestrasse and get to Schüsspromenade. On the way you will find the marker for the fifth lane, the finish is the lamppost.

6. The sixth lane is in the direction of the floodgate on the Schüsspromenade. The tee is placed on the gully cover. The target is the dustbin next to the path.

7. Be careful not to disturb any players on the boules court next to the seventh lane. The first lamppost in front of you, to the right of the path, is the target.

8. The eighth lane is a few metres away, just before the swan colony. The target is the street lamp, which is about 30 metres from the tee.

9. Cross the road and continue your walk. Shortly before the building of the New Museum Biel, you will find the ninth and last lane. The target is the first poster stand. You have to hit the ball underneath it.

Bravo, you have completed the course! Count the number of strokes needed for each lane and add them up. The winner is the person who needed the fewest strokes for the entire course.

Head back to the Lago Lodge to return your equipment. Enjoy a cool drink and a delicious meal on the sunny terrace.
