If art has become difficult to access in these times of pandemic, this is an opportunity to bring it to a new audience outside the walls. This is the motto of the exhibition "55 Bilder zum Thema Unterwegs" by Daniel Schär, which will take place from 15 August to 19 September 2021 on the vineyard path between La Neuveville and Gléresse. Taking the work of art out of its usual place of exhibition, displaying it where it is not expected. The artist's canvases, in such a particular format, are thus displayed to the eyes of walkers, without artifice or staging and yet perfectly integrated into the winegrowing landscape. Sometimes inspired by music, sometimes by travel, the abstract paintings of the Bellmund artist invite us to contemplate.
Daniel Schär will be present on Sunday, 15 August, the day of the opening, from 2 to 4 pm at the last station of the exhibition. A glass of wine will also be served as part of the Räbewäg Wybar.
This unusual walk is the result of a collaboration between the artist, the winegrowers and the Neuveville leisure commission.
