It’s all about nuts.

At Kirchgässli different varieties of nuts are roasted and processed by hand. When a new batch of nuts is being prepared in the roaster at Kirchgässli, a delicious scent of glorious, warm nutty aromas drifts through the alleyways of Biel’s old town.

The nuts, processed into exquisite flavour compositions, not only taste delightful but they are also healthy. Valuable fats, proteins, choline and lecithin make the nut snack a wholesome brain food for sustainability-conscious gourmets.
