For more than 20 years the family Sommer is specialized in the production of sheep’s milk and in the breeding of goats.
The milk is used for the creation of sheep and goat cheese in their own farm cheese dairy. In 2010, the international year of biodiversity, the farm won the silver medal at the Swiss competition “Biodiversity in agriculture”. The family Sommer invites you, to visit their farm, to taste their different farm products and to participate in one of their different workshops.
