For the first time, the town of La Chaux-de-Fonds is taking part in Swiss Taste Week!
These open days are an opportunity for the general public to discover the local food businesses, which have responded to the invitation, by sampling quality products and exploring the backrooms. It's also an opportunity to question our relationship with food and where our food comes from...
The many flavours and specialities will be doubly celebrated on Thursday 12 September, when the event kicks off with an aperitif and the inauguration of the pedestrianised Place du Marché and Rue du Marché.
It's a great opportunity to taste, meet and celebrate in the friendly atmosphere of La Chaux-de-Fonds!
