The Restaurant des Bains focuses on freshly caught fish such as perch and zander from nearby Lake Morat or fera from Lake Geneva as well as crustaceans. The Chef offers a cuisine that changes with the seasons. His fine dishes enhance terroir products and local craftmanship since the products are sourced from regional producers.
