International weightlifting competition with the presence of many internationally renowned athletes. All categories will be represented, from the minimes (U13) to the internationals (men and women). More than 140 athletes are expected in Tramelan on 27th and 28th October 2023.

- The two movements currently authorised in international competitions are the snatch and the clean and jerk.
- The développé, considered dangerous and difficult to judge, was abolished in 1973.
- In the event of late payment or exceeding the registration deadline, double the registration fee will be due.
