- If you have questions about additional time windows or reservations on the same day or the day before, you can also contact the service provider directly.
- Children have to be accompanied by an adult who leads the pony by the hand.
- If the activity can't take place due to adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, black ice, etc.), the service provider reserves the right to suggest another date or time. Should the alternative offered by the service provider not be convenient, the service provider will undertake to reimburse the client for the entire booking amount.
