The Longines museum retraces the fascinating history of the brand with the winged hour glass, throughout the previous centuries. It’s also a witness of the great epic Swiss watch history.

Founded in 1832 by Auguste Agassiz in Saint-Imier, the Longines watch brand is one of the finest examples of the region's watchmaking industry. The museum, renovated and set up in 2012, contains collections embracing all aspects of the brand's past. The main watch models, navigation instruments, timekeeping devices, as well as various unique documents such as photographs, posters, films, medals and archive records are on display. The tradition and know-how of watchmaking are thus highlighted in the visitor's area.
